Families Helping Families 2019

Families Helping Families takes place the weekend of December 13th - December 15th.

This event is taking place at 4 Park Plaza, Irvine CA.


friday, December 13th

Volunteers who signed up as Elves will be on site from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm to help set up, display signage and get the site prepared for Saturday, December 14th & Sunday, December 15th.


Saturday, december 14th

The Santas, who adopted families for the holiday season, will be dropping off the gifts in the time slot they signed up for. While the Santas are dropping off gifts, the volunteers who signed up as Elves will be unloading gifts, sorting gifts, wrapping gifts, directing traffic, etc.

The shifts on Saturday, December 14th for the Elves will consist of three hour shifts starting at 8:00 am and ending at 4:00 pm.


SUnday, December 15th

The volunteers who signed up to be Reindeers will be picking up gifts to deliver to the families. The volunteers who signed up to be Elves will be assisting with loading gifts, directing traffic and assisting with on site needs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in three hour shifts.
